All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total booking amount. The balance payment is due at the time of check-in. Bookings made without advance payment will not be held.
In the event of road closures due to weather conditions or natural disasters beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and the natural environment. Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly. We reserve the right to ask guests to vacate the premises without refund in case of misconduct.
The Hermitage Lahaul is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests undertake outdoor activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all guests visiting the Himalayan region.
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road blockages, government orders, or extreme weather conditions common to the Himalayan region.
